Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 100kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The output current of 3A Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 40V.
