It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 50kHz~1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 7.45V volts. During switching regulator operation, 16 pins are used.
