In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 500kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.285V. As a result of the 3A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
