For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.95V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V.
