In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. The total number of terminations is 479. This microprocessor has an architecture of 64 bits. There is 1.1GHz frequency set for the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 479 pins functions. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 100°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. An injection of 478 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. A 1-core CPU is used here. As a result of its Through Hole mounting, this CPU is widely used in a wide variety of applications. CPU frequency will reach 1.1GHz at the top. Users should not supply a microprocessor with more voltage than 1.8V under normalcircumstances. CPU microprocessors should be fed with 695mV voltage.
