L6738ATR Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 5V~12V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD .
