NCV3012DTBR2G Overview
Capsuled in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.7V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. It can switch at 75kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "NCV3012". 14 pins are on switching converter. This Surface Mount makes DC switcher suitable for most prototypes and applications. This dc regulatorhas a max frequency of 88kHz.
