For greater flexibility, the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses CMOS/TTL as Mosfet drivers input type.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number L6494.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 500V.
