For greater flexibility, the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 17V Max it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 14 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number L6386.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 650mA.Within this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are several useful electronic components.The component has 14 pins.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.Using 750mW as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.The supply current should be kept at 320μA to ensure higher stability.With its power supplies of 15V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.The frequency of 400kHz can improve efficiency.
