KA75270ZTA Overview
There is a Tape & Box (TB)-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. By Through Hole, IC management has been mounted. This power management has 3 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 300mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 15V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -25°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 500μA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using KA75270, the base power ics number.
