IXCY20M35A Overview
Package Tube includes buck boost converter.In the same manner as TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63, voltage regulator is packaged.Surface Mount is used to mount this current regulator on the board.Current regulator is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed -55°C~150°C.A 2 termination can be defined as a terminating voltage regulator which matches the characteristic impedance of a line, which allows a transmission line to be terminated with a voltage regulator matching its characteristic impedance.There is a IXC*20M family member who is related to current regulator.When a computer or other communication constant current regulator has 3 pins, these are pronged contacts.The current regulator is mounted on the Surface Mount axis.In addition to the maximum design flexibility that 20mA provides, its output current is also quite high.The analog IC used by this power converter is called ANALOG CIRCUIT.Power Management Circuits, which is a part that contains all of these current regulations, is included in this part.An example of this type of FPGA is the IXC series.22mA is reached when the maximum amount of supply current (Isup) is supplied for current regulation's operation.
