IXCP20M45 Overview
In package Tube, buck boost converter is included.The package is in the form of TO-220-3.In this case, Through Hole holds the current regulator in place.In order to maintain a safe operating environment, the temperature cannot exceed -55°C~150°C.The 3 termination is a method for terminating a transmission line by connecting a voltage regulator that matches its characteristic impedance, which is the method of terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator.There is a IXC*20M family member who is related to current regulator.There is a Through Hole mounting bracket on the back of this current regulator.The output current of 20mA makes it feature maximum design flexibility.This power converter uses an analog IC called ANALOG CIRCUIT.As a result, it allows 20V to be supplied with its maximum voltage.In order to include these current regulations, there is a part called Power Management Circuits that includes them.In order for it to operate, 450V has to be the minimum supply voltage.The FPGAs in the IXC series belong to this category.As soon as 25μA reaches the operating supply current, the boost converter begins to operate.The maximum amount of supply current (Isup) required for it to operate reaches a value of 22mA.
