There is a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 620kHz 1.25MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 5V. As a result of the 1.5A Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design.
