ICL7660CPAZ Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Through Hole mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.5V. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to -Vin 2Vin. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 45mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 10V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. In the particular voltage regulators, the ICL7660 family is represented. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to -1.5V volts. A frequency of 10kHz enables dc to dc voltage regulator to maintain high accuracy.
