For greater flexibility, its SOIC package is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.25A.Within this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers, there are several useful electronic components.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 2.5mA.The maximum voltage for operation is 114V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 9V must be maintained.1.25A is the current that it outputs.The supply voltage of this device is 2.5mA and it operates with that voltage.
