For greater flexibility, the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tube represents the packaging method.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~16V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Under its base part number ISL89164, various related parts can be found.AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.A board with 8 component pins is available.
