ISL84523IBZ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in SOIC. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Bulk. The electronic part body is injected with 16, 16 pins. A 100Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 12V. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 50nA current. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 6V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 2V. In an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C, the digital switches should not operate. It can conduct in a 4-bit manner.
