ISL6740IV-T Overview
It comes in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at 9V~16V volts and has 9V~16V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at Up to 1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 16 terminations. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. An input voltage of 9V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. 0.5A is the largest value switching converter outputs.
