It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 4.5V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
