Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number ISL6605.The device is specifically designed to operate at 5V volts.A high-side voltage can be set up to 33V (Bootstrap).
