ISL6558IB Overview
It comes in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 4 outputs. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 80kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. 16 terminations with a variety of function. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. A maximum voltage of 5.25V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage. This value is ALSO OPERATES IN CURRENT MODE so that DC to DC voltage regulator better serves the purpose.
