ISL6520CR Overview
With its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. An array of 16 terminations of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage.
