ISL6401CB Overview
With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 50kHz~500kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . There are many different types of terminations for 14. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
