ISL6146CFUZ-T Overview
This item comes in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case. The Tape & Reel (TR) case is ideal for packing the part. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. An electric current of 3V~20V is applied to it. In order for this component to operate properly, its minimum operating temperature must not exceed -40°C~125°C. Suitable for components connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. As far as the device classification is concerned, it falls under the N+1 ORing Controller category. ISL6146 is the base of this part. 12V provides its performance. This part's peak reflow temperature is utilized to run 260.
