Its 44-LCC (J-Lead), 32 Leads package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 6 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 12V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Its configuration starts with 32 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR21363JPBF.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 44 pins.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 350mA.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.The output current of this device can be set to 350mA.This device has a maximum power dissipation of 2W, indicating that it is capable of reducing power loss without overheating.A voltage of 10V is output by this device.Additionally, unique technology can be utilized to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT.The system operates at a resistance of 100Ohm.
