In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.8 pins are present on the component.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.Additionally, unique technology can be utilized to provide FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT.
