Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2103S.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.With its 15V power supply, it provides power for diverse applications.
