IDT5V991A-2JG Overview
The LCC package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 85MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 32-bit output. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.5 ns max. The clock generator is configured with 8 pins for enabling true outputs. This PLL belongs to the family of 5V. This electronic frequency generator is mainly used to make up PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits.
