It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 1GHz. There are 40 terminations in it. Supply voltages of 2.5V enable high efficiency. There is an electronic gadget called 5T in this family. This is set to 2.7V for the maximum supply voltage. The circuit uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER as the input.
