IDT23S05-1HDCGI8 Overview
The Digi-Reel? method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe.
