IDT2309A-1HDCG Overview
In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. At 70°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. Clock generator can also be included into Clock Drivers. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.25 ns. A analog clock generator with 8 true output enable pins is configured for this application. When searching for parts of the 2309 family, similar frequency generators will be found. Logic circuits that use PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator.
