ICS670M-04ILFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
