ICS601G-01ILFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The TSSOP package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 156MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. A supply current exceeding 30mA may cause an element to melt.
