ICS501MILF Overview
SOIC contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The clock PLL can synthesi140MHze a clock frequency of 140MHz with high quality. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. Clock generator is designed with 8 pins. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Generators device. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY. A voltage above 5.25V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. Its lowest supply voltage is 3V. During this clock generator operation, a maximum current of 20mA is supplied.
