ICS290PGILFT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the TSSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
