ICS180M-51LFT Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Digi-Reel? method. In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
