Using Tray as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.The power management is intended for use at Pulse Generator as well as other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions.This power management uses -60V~60V voltage for work.Check out search HV7350 for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.There are 56 terminals on the power management.It has been praised for its accuracy as a ANALOG CIRCUIT analog IC.56 Pins are available on this power managment ic.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.The power manager can perform numerous demanding tasks when supplied with 3.3V voltage.Voltage 1A is required to operate this power management ic.A minimum of 2.97V is needed for it to start.There is no need to supply the power supply ic with voltages higher than 5.2V .
