In order to increase flexibility, the package 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.Cut Tape (CT) represents the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 4 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 9.5V~15V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Many related parts can be found under its base part number HIP4080A.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.The component has 20 pins.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 95V.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 2.6A.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 950mV.
