Its 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 9V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 12 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number HIP2100.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.A boot strap voltage of 114V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
