Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 9V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.The board has 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 114V.
