HI9P0201HS-5Z Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width), international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~75°C TA.
