HI-8197PSIF Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. A 3.3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 31Ohm. This digital multiplexer requires 2.5V voltage as a minimum supply voltage.
