A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10V~22V.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver consists of 14 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number FAN7390.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.There are 14 pins available in the device.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.In the maximum case, the output current can be 4.5A volts.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 1W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.
