A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.There are 6 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number FAN7389.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.A total of 28 pins are available on the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 650mA.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.For its basis, there are 3 outputs integrated.An output current of 650mA is supported.According to its maximum power dissipation, 1.4W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.
