For greater flexibility, its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 6 drivers installed for this device.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 20 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number FAN7388.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Devices have 20 pins available.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 650mA.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 650mA.According to its maximum power dissipation, 1.47W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.During the operation of the system, the voltage of the operating supply should be set to 15V.
