Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.Tube represents the package.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number FAN7362.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.There is a maximum output current of 500mA.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.An output current of 500mA is supported.Having the maximum power dissipation of 625mW indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 620V.A maximum voltage of 625.3V should be maintained for the output voltage.
