FAN6520AM Overview
With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. A variety of terminations with 8 of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. 4.5V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. At most, the dc to dc regulator accepts 5.5V input voltage. Current is output to the greatest value of 1A.
