There is a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package on the board that RF transceiver IC is used to save space. For RF transceiver's mounting, it uses the Surface Mount method.In this case, the result is a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used.On this transceiver RF circuit board, there are 64 pins.It is one of the well-known EZR32WG series RF transceiver line.Frequency 142MHz~1.05GHz is the basis of operation.
