EPC2LC20 Overview
FPGA uses a nice PLCC package that makes FPGA easy to use.Data storage is limited to 256kB bytes.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 20 pins.5V recommends that users apply 5V to the part before using it in a circuit so it can run safely and reliably.In other words, a FLASH memory.In other words, it is suitable for applications using the Surface Mount operating system.There is a frequency of 16.7MHz that is used by the switching controller.A temperature of 0°C can be reached by the device and it is still capable of functioning.Memory should operate wMemoryh ambient temperature no higher than 70°C.In order for it to run, it should have a voltage at least equal to 3V.In terms of the maximum voltage supply, it is rated with a 5.25V rating.50μA is what it operates on.
