This package makes use of the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) programming language.Packaging for the external environment.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using OTP.The voltage is 4.5V~5.5V.Through Hole is the orientation of this memory device.A data storage size of 212kb is allowed.EPC1213 will give you other related parts.In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 5V.Various functions can be applied to 8 terminations.5.5V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 4.5V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.FPGA is recommended that the reflow soldering temperature be maintained at no more than NOT SPECIFIED during the process.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.Taking the speed of the IC into consideration, this is a memory IC that can work at a frequency of 6MHz.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.Using a 5V power supply is recommended for best results.Memory features 4 WIRE INTERFACE TO FLEX 8000 DEVICES to better serve the need.Memory is one of the EPC series devices.
